Scenic Homes, LLC. was founded in 2009 by James Hunt.  For more then 20 years, James has been building high quality structures. James has performed most of his construction career in Alaska as a journeyman union carpenter working on commercial buildings.  As an apprentice carpenter, James learned all phases of construction from planning, layout, scheduling time line with sub-contractors, building, and turning the completed project over to the customer.  His attention to detail, organizational skills and work ethic advanced his career enabling him to supervise and manage on many different multi-million dollar projects.

James has been able to apply this experience on a smaller scale in his home building business, completing construction on time and within budget.  He has constructed multiple duplexes, single family residences and remodeled numerous homes and apartment buildings. 

He also performs the services of a licensed Home Inspector in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
